HUTCHISON PORTS ICAVE Exceeds the million TEU’S. The Hutchison Ports ICAVE terminal reached one million TEUs at the end of December last year, a historical record.

The company is grateful for the trust of all its clients for allowing the operation of their loads and the opportunity to be their strategic partners, fundamental factors for the achievement of this transcendental goal.

ICAVE is totally committed to its clients, to the country and to the growth of Mexico’s global trading. That is why it meets the highest standards of productivity and service.

Looking ahead, the Hutchison Ports ICAVE team is focused on the opening of the new TEC, the first time the county sees significant investments in the development of a new terminal, additional to its 24 years of experience in the Gulf market.

Likewise, to make our port services more efficient, we are innovating to generate new and better conditions according to current times, using technological processes developed by the terminal.

Since 2017, as part of the reinforcement and equipment of Hutchison Ports ICAVE terminal, 6 new RTGC’s cranes of the ZPMC brand were acquired, which allowed a greater efficiency, agility in their operative processes and reduction of vessel maneuvering times.

Similarly, the Logistics Activities Zone (ZAL) started operations with a nine thousand TEU (20-foot containers) static capacity, an important achievement, since it increased the infrastructure of the area by 20% in the port of Veracruz.

With the support of our clients, ICAVE will continue trying to be the main port operator in the Gulf of Mexico.
